Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel orders or request refunds from Pinnacle Enterprises Pvt. Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a purchase through pinnacleenterprises.in, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Order Cancellation by Customers

  • Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at vikram2583@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Once a cancellation is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

2. Cancellation by Pinnacle Enterprises

We reserve the right to cancel an order under circumstances such as:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues.

  • Pricing or technical errors on the website.

  • Detection of potential fraud or misuse.

  • Incomplete or invalid transaction details.

If an order is canceled from our side, we will notify you by email, and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment mode within 7–10 business days.

 

3. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

  • Customers must notify us of such issues within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear images and order details to vikram2583@gmail.com.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and invoices.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Products purchased during special promotions, discounts, or sales.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse after delivery.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within the stated time, please verify with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at vikram2583@gmail.com for assistance.

 

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If a return is approved due to an error or damage on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If a return is initiated for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping expense.
